Lights off for a week what can I expect?

Hi. I've got an automated setup for when I go away, but I basically turned it off instead of turning on
They were about a month into what should probably be about a 2 month flowering.
I gave them about 4 hours extra light the first day I got home then back to 12/12.
I guess it's better that they were in dark rather than light, or they'd probably have gone back to veg in a week of 24hr light. I think they'll probably still be in flower, and good in 4-6 weeks. Does anyone know what I could expect?

You're lucky. I left my lights off for a week due to a vacation and a bad timer and my crop was wiped out. I couldn't even save a clone. 7 days of no light and they did not even try to recover. Now I use 2 lights and 2 timers when I go on vaca so at least one will work.

Cheers for that. They're not noticeably yellow and don't appear to have stretched. I think it sounds like you were unlucky. Although, I'd have thought mine would be in a worse state so think I was a bit lucky.
I actually run 2 small setups and the other was turned on properly so not a complete disaster. Redundancy is good
