Lights on a buget?

I got $30 to spend on lights to put my g13 x white widow and black queen in to a pc box which will be converted into a bigger box when needed. What would be the best lights to spend on this setup? I hardly have any money.

cfls,ive done a pc case grow with 4 6500k bulbs for veg and 4 2700k bulbs for flower.23w(100w eq)

is that a 65w you got there? looks like it. lol. for the pc case i'd go with that but when you switch to the bigger box your gonna need to add some more lighting, both on top and on the sides.
