lights

I have 2 metal hilde 400's growing for veg, and i just through a sodium in the mix. I plan on switching to 2 hps and one metal halide for flowering.Am i wasting time? Lights,Light?

Hmmmm if u r goin for sea of green, or just short plants, that would be perfect. I believe that with a hps light like mine 400 watts I can grow 4 plants for best results, but thats gettin em bout 4 to 6 feet high. You can get away with 8 plants but the outer ones wont be as hardy. Of course thats just one 400 watt hps light. Metal halides are simular though if u ask me they both vegatate about the same. My brother uses metal halide. Best thing is just go for it and learn from what happens and then share with all us other potheads lmao. But with 3 seperate light sources you should have a kikass harvest dude . Peace out.
