Hi Guys,

This is my first time doing this and I got a major problem in my 6-week old plant. It was doing fine until 2 days ago where it started to become so pale, yellow bottom leaves and just today: the leaves started to wrinkle. I gave it some Iron, Miraclo Gro and water but I stopped today so I don't over-nute it.

Experts out there: PLEAAASEEE give me an advice quickly...This little plant needs a guardian angel other than a dumb-ass novice...

Save me and you'll be national heroes in my book. I attached a pic below....Hope it's not too late for this babyIMG-20120719-00571.jpgIMG-20120719-00571.jpg

Listen to them, go get soil at store now, Buy Happy Frog, it has time released nutes you wont have to mess with it, just add water and grow.

Well I see you have poked some holes to provide aeration...
But I still think between the soil and the things you have already added, I am not sure that plant will make it.

Yeah...you have no drainage at all...that plant is going to die if you don't get it into some actual soil...
The dirt outside that grows plants does so because it is on the ground and the plants can do plant things there on the ground...
But once you take that dirt and put it in a pot, it becomes useless...

I suprised he even got that far with it in that soil.. wait for it to dry out i suppose and then transplant into some soil.

Im not much into soil but that looks like it is mud, which means it looks way over watered at the top and isnt getting down in there. Id listen to the other posts and get that soil quick, lol

i was trying to be nice.reminds me of oklahoma red soil.
Hehe, dude to you and the rest of the guys:

1- Thanks for the quick advice!
2- This is not clay, it's red soil that I watered a bit ago...that's why it looks like clay... it was growing perfectly before Sunday...
3- As for the Happy Frog, I'm afraid I can't do that since I moved out of the States a while ago...Ever heard of the Middle East? better yet: Ever heard of Lebanese Red Hashish? Well, I felt like growing some sticky icky and I just had trouble. I got my whole garden done with that soil and it's doing great...the soil should be fine.

However: I think I suspect the problem. Could it be over-heating? over fertilized?

My dumb-ass brother kept the plant a couple of feet close to the air conditioner compressor outside...and since this thing has been working, the plant has gone near dead.

Do I have a chance?

Looks way overwatered to me. It looks like you're growing in wet dog shit.

Here is what you do... stop watering it. Buy a bag of dirt (not miracle grow if you can help it) and perlite, mix about 1 part perlite for 2 parts soil and transplant your weed. Your roots are most likely drowning in oxygen deprived mud.

If you can't get new soil, at least make a new pot of dirt with perlite and whatever you're using now, transplant, and don't water so much.

Looks like a good plan man. Thanks for the advice. I got two questions please:
1- Would the plant hold for another day?
2- What is the best way to transplant it? In other words, I need to transplant it in order to avoid giving the plant another shock so it doesn't die on me.

Any suggestions?
