Little Help For the New Green Thumb

Just (like 14 days ago) started to grow a plant. I'm a pretty heavy smoker and for the first time in a long while a found a seed:hump:; I germinated it, and started growing it by just placing in the window (6+ hrs. of sunlight per day).

Anyway, I switched it to a single 100w equivalent daylight CFL last week, in a closet surrounded by mirrors. I thought it would reflect maximum amount of light... ( not a good Idea I've come to learn).

Today I switched to a [gasp], three CFL setup and whited out the walls nice.
But now my plant is looking really Sad.

Being my first time, i ve been online learning for so long my eyes hurt. Im just wandering if this is symptom of a critical factor im doing wrong.

I have it set up with two daylights, and one warm : all are 100w equivalents (1300 Lumens).

One more Q- When Do I need to transplant. When will it out grow the Beer Pong Cup?

should I move it closer to the light?

is my stem so tall because I started it outside?

thanks in advance. I think I found something new to do

that plant has been overwatered. get the plant as close to the bulb as you can without touching it. long stems are from red or too little light.
