little help please....

As of right now I have two 4ft 28wt t5 warm tubes I think 3000k each. I already germinated and am putting them in the soil today. I also have a 2 4ft reg shop lights 40wt.What should I use for the most effective grow to begain with? Thanks

well my self my plants are 11 days old today and i put them on 18/6 and it seems to be working alright for my plants but thats with a 1000 watt hps so it gives me 6 hours for stuff to cool down.. good luck

I start my babies under shop lights. I have 2 that hold 2 bulbs each and I use 2 warm and 2 cool bulbs. I pop seeds and clone under them and find they work great for the babies.
