Little red worms

Hey y’all I have delt with these monsters for too long what are they??? They bore into my stalks and eat out the center of my stalks and buds and do serious damage... this is outdoor

I am thinking it's a Stalk borer. Pink Stem Borer. Look up Pink stem borer. looks like what you may have there.
