Local slang

Every locality has different names for different kinds of bud. I'm curious as to what everyone calls stuff in different regions. My turn:

In Southeastern Washington, the easiest and cheapest kind of weed you can buy is called Mersh. Then there's BC's (baby chronic) and Chronic. These are the 3 easiest and most typical kinds to get around here. I'm pretty sure that they're all from the same strain of marijuana, my guess is that it would be what most people call Skunk...

Now, I know in some places, Chronic is weed laced with coke, right?
Do any of you guys know of bud called Mersh?

They call the shiety weed "dirt weed" or "homegrown" and the better shiet either the official name or "dro" even if it isnt hydroponic weed which doesnt make since to me at all

Here in the heartland we got all kinds of names for the crappy weed because there is so much of it : Dirt Weed/Schwag/Seedweed/brickweed/ , The good stuff is just called "The good stuff" or Primo.

well in WNY we call shitty weed "mersh" (as in commercial [cheap, low thc content, large quantity]) and that usually sells for 35-40 a 1/4 and you usually can't find a dealer who sells a bag of mersh less than 1/4's... good weed is usually just called "green" no matter how it was grown or the strain but prices can range from 25 bucks for a dimebag to 40 a 1/4 depending on where you buy it and how good it is ... but thats just out here in farmland go 35 minutes north into the city and there's about 25 names (fire, smoke, trees, and pie just to name a few) and prices and types fluctuate

EDIT: and yes Dr. Jake in some places chronic is another name for a mixture of really good green bud, hash oil or hash, and cocaine

I feel for you guys. Out in Southern California, there is shwag (low grade, never bought it so can't give prices), chronic (which means chronic), and kush (which means kush!). How simple!
People out here seem to be really big on strain names, so that is a way to quickly identify quality and price.

Chron - $15/g, $50/1-8, $90/1-4, $150/1-2
Kush - $20-25/g, $60-75/1-8, $120-150/1-4, don't remember half o. of kush, it's been a while since I bought that much.

In Arizona (Phoenix area), I have only heard of mersh and chronic. The mersh is the same, brickweed, probably out of Mexico. Never bought it, so can't tell prices. The chronic is outdoor, not terribly potent, but can make do. Have not seen kush out here (except for when I brought it from SoCal and sold it, haha). I've only bought weed there once, and that was a half-eighth, which I got for $30 (so $60 for that eighth, but it was from California).

Chronic is a strain of bud... that's it.

Why would people put cocaine into bud?

around here in tx we get tons-o-mexican pot and very little of anything else. but as for whats its called and prices, schawg,dirt,homegrown,ditch,rego,street,mexy,brick,boarder brick, and junk are a few of the names. prices start at about 25.00 for 1/2oz and most dealers wont sell less than a 1/2oz. but if you buy in bulk you get it cheaper. ie 1lb for 300.00, 2lbs for 500.00
the pot mixed with coke here is called primo and sells for 10.00 a rock and 25.00 for an 1/8 of nonmexican weed.
the best pot we have is hydroponic,hydro,dro, or water grown. and goes for 15.00 a dime, 35.00 a quarter, 60 a 1/2oz, and 100.00 for 1oz. i dont know about lbs.
and theree is some stuff sold here called water, or dead smoke. it goes for 10.00 a joint. its a joint dipped in formaldihide. i dont have a clue about how to spell that and im to lazy to spell check it lol

back when i actually bought my weed we called the dirt weed "that bullshit".. good weed we called "killa".

hey bigbad i'm originally from la and there they call the weed dipped in embalming fluid "fry" and it goes for 15.00-20.00 a joint. lived in h-town for a while and it was hard as hell to get "good weed". anyway its kinda cool to see someone else from the "dirty south" on here. stay up bro.

hey ljjr, have you ever tried pot dipped in embalming fluid? i havent but ive been around a chick that did and she went freakin nuts. it was crazy as hell, but kinda cool to watch her drool on herself for an hour.(not much else to do out here in the sticks). lol
and yeah with texas being so close to mexico and pot being brought over here by the ton its tuff to find anything thats worth smokeing. but there is always a "friend of a friend" that grows, and will hook u up if youve got a fat wad to spend. thats y i started growing.

hey bigbad yeah man i actually had the unfortunate experience of trying "fry" once and after laying on the ground for what i was told 20 minutes saying the grass was "hurting" i never tried it again, man the next day i had fuckin ant bites all over and i didn't remember shit that happened after i got up the next morning. dog, all i can say is don't do it! lol.. peace stay up

skunk..what he was saying is people who do that will buy a $10 rock and crush it up and lace the joint with it, its called a "primo" or a "mo"...waste of good weed is what i call it, but hey live and let live.
