Lollipopped or Popped a molly?

So am currently on day 57 of my first ever venture into hydroponics more specifically DWC.
Started these ladies under a 450w vipar LED and moved under 250Whps few weeks later.
FYI, 2 girls 1pot, strain x2 White label seeds purple bud and using canna coco A+B neuts.
Just wanna get some feedback on how they looking? been trying my hand at some DIY LST but still trying to get the hang of it lol
Have heard some people lollipop the plants just before flowering and as im switching to 12/12 today thats what I did, heartbroken tho as they look so bare now anyways gonna upload a few current pics and let me guys know what you think!

Why did you defoliated so much? Day 53 would have gotten you a better yield than day 59, Wasted time and energy to hurt your own yield if you ask me.

I topped each plant once after 3rd node then let the 2 arms grow out before FIM'n all 4 colas, should of just topped again but dident realize for the symmetry i was after FIM is not the one lol ended up with alot more arms than i wanted so cut back on a few but thanks for confirming my fear, gonna need to hide the scissors i think.

I would have left her alone she looked fine at day 53.
Removing to much at one time can cause stress to a plant.

Been doing it to these 2 there whole life loool they recover most growth in a day or 2 but im gonna keep them in veg for a week or more you guys got me panicky haha

EDIT: Also noticed everytime ive topped these 2 the new growth expresses its purple genetics but never long enough to get me excited ;(

Well i hope they dont mind what you do to them and bounce back without any side effects...after all they are pretty resilient plants. Cant wait to see
