Longer veg=shorter flowering time?

This is my first grow, sorry no pics. I have 5 plants 6 weeks into flower and one is looking like it's almost done. It's a NL5xhaze that's supposed to go 10 weeks but it was vegged for almost 9. My question is: if a plant is vegged for a long time can that shorten the flowering time at all?

No. Longer veg just means bigger plant thus higher yield. How long it takes to flower is down to the strain and environment etc.
