Lookin for a setup (small)

Alright so I have a small closet (about 3x3 and 8 feet tall) that I want to use to grow a few plants. I have a budget of around 200 bucks, does anyone have a decent setup or plan that they could share?

My first grow I had it in just a basic closet from walmart for about 120. Spend maybe 50 on wire 20 on a timer and stuff. With that kinda buget I guess ur going to use cfls?

I would get a 400w hps and a 6" inline fan and a cool tube and rig up like 4 hydro buckets and line the place in mylar. Prob a little over but that would be a nice small cheap setup with about 2 gs I would make my dream room. Oh and I would get a mh conversion bulb for veg.

get a couple 100w cfl's and a small fan. add fresh air and you can do a nice little grow.
