Looking for a duct fan/carbon filter

EBay and Amazon are you best bets or go and check some of the diy threads on here..you could build one .:peace:

I got an iPower 6'' inline fan and filter combo from Amazon. It was the least expensive one I could find at the time, and it's actually pretty decent. I can't really say how effective the carbon filter is though because the strain I'm growing doesn't have much of a smell, but the fan has been running 24/7 for over two months with zero issues. It is pretty loud, but I use an Active Air speed controller and it works well.

A little out of my price range.
Dude just use the Hamilton beach carbon filter it works the same as an overpriced inline fan and carbon filter. If you really want to go that way then check these links you can get a good inline fan and carbon filter under 80 bucks. carbon filter 40$ http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-6-8-10-In...dor-Control-Scrubber-Grow-Light-/151039619541 inline fan 27$
http://www.amazon.com/iPower-GLFANX...id=1426355825&sr=8-15&keywords=4+inch+cfm+fan. You could make your own carbon filter for even cheaper look for guides on google.

The Hamilton Beach is not the way to go. It will be ineffective on cannabis. Also, don't get a duct booster fan as they are merely 'boosters.' You need a proper inline fan to use with a carbon filter..

Yea it seems you might be right on that one. The carbon filters seem kinda cheap but for someone with a small grow on a budget it could work.
