looking for a good sleeping-strain and pain strain

i need a strain (that's available in seed form) that could help me sleep, as sometimes im not able to sleep, and a pain-relieving strain, because sometimes my back and neck hurt, any suggestions?

Aurora indica from nirvana seeds. Was one of the best go to sleep strains ive had in awhile. Did well for my back pain as well. I had about and oz of it, but ill run out tomorrow. Sad day
