Looking For a Little Help From The Masters

I've had 2 previous kind soil/ bushman coco loco potting soil grows under my belt but that's it. 1st was 4 blue cheese auto in 5 gal smart pots inside a 4x4x78 tent, under a 900w led viparspectra( pulled 450 actual watts from what I understand) . Had a dry yield of 8oz, that was by no means top shelf but definitely got the job done and recieved many compliments. No real issues that I could see but I'm sure there were plenty as it was my first grow. Next was pretty much the same setup just with a single Blueberry Fem that turned out pretty nice as well. I didn't do anything but minor defoilage. Fast forward to now...I just got an SF4000 to replace the old vipar and 15 gal pots rather than the 5's in hope's of a larger yield and better buds. I was very close to going hydro but figured on one more soil grow. I decided to change up the soil, mainly because as of now kind soil is 21 days behind on shipping, and I was able to recieve an order for both roots organic green fields and fox farms oceans floor way quicker. I have heard good things and was considered ordering both already anyway. So I did. Got a couple different strains so I'd figure I'd try both. I believe, even with the amount of research I have done, that my first 2 successful grows just gave me enough knowledge/ confidence to be dangerous lol. I don't want to make a preventable mistake that would cost me my medicine. I forked out a lot for these supposed "elite" seeds lol. I was wanting to scrog and didn't know the best way to go about that to fill my tent. 1 plant mainline or lst? Can I plant my seedlings directly into the media that I mentioned above? Should I amend these soils with anything or feed them any certain nutes at any certain time... help please. Thank you!
