Three weeks give or take for how I like it. Patience pays of in density and overall yield. You got to remember that those buds are mostly water. So to get a nice dense bud with good bag appeal after dry-down they need to be quite large and hard when you squeeze them. Cannabis goes through a ripening process as well. You wouldn't eat a green banana. Cutting now would be the equivalent.
Get a jewlers loop (magnifer) and watch your tricomes mature.
