Looking for someone who has grown Maui.

Hi everybody. I'm looking for someone who has grown Maui before. This is my first grow and I have a couple of questions about the strain.


Mine seems to be drinking a lot of water... A lot. It's taking 1 gallon every 24hrs and by the time I come back the soil is barely moist. Normal?


Also it's taking half strength nutrients with no signs of burn.
Should I up the dosage?


She looks droopy in the pics because she just got a heavy watering 15 mins before. She is 13 days in the pics. She has since then pushed out even more growth. The fan leaves you see on the first pic are now about an inch over the side of the pot and it almost has another whole node pushed out.


These pictures are a couple days all but I haven't taken any new ones yet. It has grown out quite a bit more on these couple days.

After checking out a couple threads I decided to order silica. I also ordered Gen. hydroponics organic nutrients go box. I'm not sure that it needs any of these but I will have them for my other plants as well.

Back off on the watering.....Always water/feed at lights on!
Water like this,,,,stick finger in soil to first knuckle,,,,,,feel DRY? = water.....Feel moisture? = don't water.....
Your pots are small, maybe 5oz of fluid per...
After going to like a 3 gallon pot. Your amounts will increase to around 500ml in veg (can be more if plants are "wilted" at lights on) and 750ml and up as needed for bloom...

What nutes and how often?

Up your nutes at 30 days to full strength and follow the way your doing now is my first guess, without the above info.

I water every 24 hrs because the top 2-3 inches are dry. My pots are 5 gallon pots.

My nutes are peters 20/20/20 every 3 days. They are taking half strength right now at 15 days.
