Transplanting is one of the most stressful part of a plants life next to rooting clones. With that said your plant looks just fine. To help with transplant shock water with a B1 solution a day or two before transplanting. Relax, don't worry and smoke a bowl.
Plants do have trouble absorbing potassium and phosphorus in cool temps and lack of potassium does cause purple. Should not be an issue. Some plants have purple in their genetics so that is another possibility.
That's why...the cold "will" lock out P and turn your baby colors...I do it on purpose in the last 2 weeks of flower to bring my colors out...more than a 15 degree sudden drop will cause the P lockout, I mean unless you got 85 degrees and it drops to 70, it's gona be fine...but, dropping from 72 to 58 will cause the colors from P lockout...JMO...peace...
