Looks like a Cal/Mg issue or perhaps Low Ph lockout

Having an issue i'd like to get on top of and correct. Looks to be possibly a Cal/Mg def. but want to make sure I don't misdiagnose the issue and make things worse. It could also be a low soil ph causing a lockout so I will do a runoff test tomorrow and update the info here.

I'm running Pro Mix HP soil and ph'ing between 6.0-6.3 during feeds and plain watering's.

In the last picture you can see a healthy leaf I pulled from another plant that was just thrown into flower and you can see the difference in color. Both are the same strain (Green Crack)

I'm running Pro Mix Hp which is 75% peat and prefers a soil Ph closer to 6.0 with 6.3 being fine.

My issue is lockout due to being in the low 5's i believe but am looking for others input. I did a runoff test on a few of my other plants and runnoff was low like in the mid to low 5's so i need to correct that but what's the best method?

Ill be getting my Ph back up but what do you guys suggest to do so? Add lime to the soil? Flush with 7.0 water until i get a good runoff ph? Should i be foliar feeding meanwhile to get nuts to the plant?
