$4400. that's a felony isn't it? she doesn't understand the whole legal side of this. we do our best to keep the "thugs" out. this is not "drug dealing". she seems to have different opinions. she feels the whole patient registration is a sham to form a list of potential convicts. she doesn't realize we are protected by our rights as citizens. she has the "What are you gonna do?" attitude. looks like she just might find out.

Fuck the police, take the law into your own hands. You did say "she" so physical force probably won't be necassary. Just a stern warning SHOULD do the trick. Just my 2 cents.

i sent her an email of the links and a copy of the above info. it should put the wake-up in her. she's trying to f&ck me over. i have a family to consider. she is involved in things that the local authorities would love to have a look at. i'm somewhat excited. :blsmoke:

don't get on fdd's badside people... he takes pleasure in seeking revenge... hahaha

I think he'd take greater pleasure in not having to seek revenge in the first place, who wants a war, but if people put you in a spot then you have to come out fighting otherwise you just go down.

As an insurance agent, If you are a homeowner, and have a homeowners policy, I would not suggest making this claim as you most likely have a 1% deductible on your policy (1% of the value of coverage A "dwelling") Since it is a theft claim it will allow the insurance company to keep your rates raised for 5 years.

IE if you have a 200,000 dollar dwelling coverage your deductible will be 2000 dollars. so you have a 2400 dollar claim, your insurance company can legally raise your rates however much they see fit.
Here is the equation:
(Ammount paid out by claim)-(deductible)>(difference in premium)x 5 (#of years the claim stays on the record).

If the claim is worthwile go for it, but if you end up paying more over the 5 years, well you get the picture.

I would do my best to handle this without anyone else involved personally. I mean she stole from you which is wrong no matter what, but you also have to keep in mind that even though this is legal...it technically is not. The federal government still does not recognize medicinal marijuana. To me that's the red flag that says keep this privilege just as if it were not legal. Involving law enforcement to me just sounds like a bad idea. Maybe you'll have to cut your losses and your friendship.

there have been home invasions, robberies at gun point, back yard theft..... i am in a "green county" if i don't go to the authorities i am no better than her. 2 months ago there was a home invasion. a medical user was robbed at gunpoint by 2 car loads of people. they duct taped him and his family and stole 20lbs of medical cannabis from him. it only took the sheriff 15 mins to catch them. the patients meds were return safely.

i have contacted my local advocate group and am now awaiting on a return call to find out what to do. this type of stuff will NOT be tolerated in our community.:peace:

get your wife to go kick her ass, and you go with the boys in case any boys step in. Problem solved. and shoot below the belt

and remember, you can pay the boys for help, your gain is 4400 hundred or equivalent if she wasted some. And whats she gonna do file a police report about you coming with your crew to steal her stolen medical buds. yeah right.

I agree make a police report. As far as the insurance goes, you need to make the choice as to wether you want the moneies from an unrecovered theft claim following you around for 5 years.

your like making legal precedents hers, imagine it goes to supreme court. like first case of a semi illegal object that was stolen. who keeps it in the end would be funny. like yes weve secured your marijuana, but the law says we cant give it back. but luckily well hold it for you until the supreme court decides what to do with marijuana in general.

As long as the police are ok with it and on your side, I'd say go for it.
