So my electric was off for almost a week and my plants are suffering. The leaves are turned up like a nutrient burn but also turning white. What is it nutrient burn or nutrient deficiciency

If they haven't been in light for a week turn your lights down on them. They don't have the pigment to handle massive light we feed them so the first day back put it way down or they will 'sunburn'. You will need to harden them to your light.

Turning white like is often from not getting light as others have mentioned. I've had seeds pop that didn't recieve adequate light and they turn completely yellow, but after a hour or two under light go to green

Lights off for a week probably left your plants overwatered
