Lost Half My Crop In 3 Days!!! Help!!

Hey Guys

Papaya & NL/S 20 in total

My first crop all going really well with majority being female (15outta20) from until I noticed some what they are calling female pollen sacks - ( iv'e got hermie's). I'VE LOST 6 PLANTS ALREADY i have got most of my information from these forums - (thank you guys). I need help to determine what i do next.

Some People say rip them out as they will spread to the other plants causing them to go Hermie. IS THIS TRUE?

As i taught that by having 1 or 2 hermies it would send the rest of the girls to seed not change entire plant!

I thought that having hermies would just seed the other plants too NOT turn them hermies.. I call bullshit

1.get some clones first of all
2.Hermies still bud they also produce seeds

If you dont want seeds, I would get them out of there.

make sure your not mistaken it for a the calyx under the fan leaf. they resemble a seed pod sort of. pic`s would help unless your positive.

"pinching " them off is risky, if you miss just ONE sack than ALL of your plants could be pollinated

those are definately hermie and there about to pop their pollen if they haven`t already. get them out of there if you have more plants around

I Know That At Least 1 Or 2 Off The Sacks Has Already Popped.
As They Are 1/2 Way Thru Flowering Now What Is The Best Form Of Attack?

Am I Still Going To Get Some Smoke Off Them If I Leave Them In As The Main Cola Of The Hermies Are Amazing Buds & Covered In Crystals.

Hey, now the other day when I was inspecting for whatever's eating up some of my plants I found a really odd structure at the base of one of the fan leaves, only one plant. I got a picture, is this what you're talking about?

Ok, relax.. You've got some poor quality seeds, which turned into poor quality plants - aka - Hermies. It happens. Now, you must decide what your goal is here. You can, check daily, snip off pollen sacks and hope for the best or just let them go. They will probably seed out. This results in less dried bud at the end of the grow & lots of seeds.
OK, take a deep breath, think pleasant thoughts & let's review:

If security is an issue - visiting plants every day, could get you noticed - Not Good - Just let them grow & accept that sometimes you lose.
If, security is not an issue, snip off it's little hermie balls and know that some of your yield will still be lost to seeds. MJ Pollen is so tiny, you will not even see the pollen that knocks up your plants. Do not replant these seeds - they will always have the Hermie trait. Hermies are usually lower in yield & quality.
Suggestion - Nuke the seeds from this grow in the microwave for 3 minutes - after they cool off - feed some birds. Mother Nature will in turn bless you in the future; for giving back to her. Think Positive, Never Trust Authority & Keep it Real ( Private.... ) Never tell your friends or your woman your farming.....

Pic Not Great, Have A Look In My Gallery In My 1st Post And If They Look Like This And Have A Banana Shape Their Hermie, But I Find It Strange That Its Growing On The Fan Leaf, Imo Generally The Pollen Sacks Appear At The Nodes Not The Leafs. If Your Having Problem With Bugs It Could Be Eggs/larvae Which I Have Found Neem Oil Is The Thing To Use.

WHAT? The picture isn't great? I suppose I could "blast" y'all with the full size photo.

The plants are about into their 8th node of growth (I've gotta count, been busy this weekend), and do not appear to be expressing even pre-flowering at this point. I thought it was REALLY weird that it's on a fan leaf as well. I forgot to mark which plant it was, though, so I've gotta go through them all again.

And, I've been spraying the hell out of them with neem and it's not doing shit, though it does make the leaves nice and shiny. I'm brewing a tobacco tea to try, but have to be careful as it seems it's quite toxic. I've caught two of the bugs (grubs/caterpillars) and am growing them on my windowsill to see what they turn out to be.
