Lost power back on how much damage if any?

2 600watt setup ac and fan for heat in a closet fits 8 babies perfect. My lights went out the other day and I wanna know if plants will suffer especially end result? Using roots organic for soil 3gallon pots, lights are pretty close
19" is that ok?also using general hydroponics set organic .sorry for shitty pics.any advice will help thanks guys
P.s. Also my lights turned off 4 times the next day trying to borrow light from neighbor.sorry about pics
