lot of droopy leaves can it be underwatering?

Ditto. I have the same problem. But I just transplanted my clones a few days ago, so I am assuming mine are just in shock. But I want to see what the answer is to the question you asked

Yes it can be. If your letting your soil dry right out between waterings, you'll notice the whole plany will whilt a bit. After watering a plant in this state it should boune right back to perky in anywhere from 30min to 2 hours depending on it's size.
ON THE OTHER HAND>>>>>>>
If your watering to correct the problem, and it does not help and gets worse......YOU"RE over watering.
And if you firmly believe your not, then you need to check what's wrong with your roots. Check soil dranage, should drain well, roots need oxygen too. Pearlite in the soil helps this a lot. Check for root binding, and root rot (will happen if roots or even sections of roots sit in water too long).

If your clones have rooted, and you've just re planted then it's typical that it may look a little droopy. Make sure you water it into it's new soil well, and then let the top half of the pot dry right out, this will force strong tap roots to grow towards the bottom in search of water. Keep watering's like that. FOR ALL PLANTS. Soil should look and feel desert like on the top to a good inch down. What i think ppl don't realize is that, it's so much easier to correct under watering than it is to correct over watering. MJ will always bounce back from drought, but irreversible damage can be done by overwatering.
i did just transplant them too maybe that has something to do with it also .i have promix with some perlite added my bigger plants just went into 5 gal buckets and i drilled 10 holes in the bottom of each bucket for drainage.but my water ph is high off the chart so i'm looking for a remedy but for today i'm going to buy bottled water to get them back healthy.thanks for any input

I personally get a few gallon jugs of R.O water from a re fill station. 75cents a gallon. It's worth it for me. Saves me head ache. RO water is pretty much PH neutral.
