low rider in grow box

i have a grow box with 2 intake fans and 1 exhaust fan. Im using 1 85watt cfl which is 4250 lumens. it is a 6500k bulb. can i just use this bulb to grow 2 low ryder plant throughout veg. and flowering stages?

the computer growing space is as follows:

33cm tall
42cm wide
14.5cm depth

will the plant grow well if i just remove the top of the plant when it gets to tall and what does it smell like when it flowers? is it a bait cannabis smell?

they stay small, but not that small.
NO NOT top a ruderalis plant as it will not have time to regrow before it flowers.

what bout if i use LST on it?

get a 2700 light to and autos just let them grow
