Ok Im try using smart pots but what's best way to low stress train with smart pots

tomato cages seem to work well for those who dont want to scrog, check out how nugbuckets does it. tying em down can be tedious, you want the branches to be level so tying down the ones that get too big can quickly become a pain in the ass, touching your plants too much can stunt them as well.
