Hey all, this is my first grow and I have 6 plants growing from seed (feminized white widow and critical). I will be choosing 2 to 4 to keep as mothers. They started under T5s and are now under a 400 watt metal halide light. They're 6 weeks old now.
I've been watering when the top inch of soil is dry with local tap water (100-120 PPM) that i dechlorinate and adjust the PH to 6.2. I started using a mild dose of fertilizer and am now using 10ml/gallon of Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Grow 3-2-4. They are planted in a Pro mix Mycorrhizae Soilless mix. Right now they're in 1 gallon grow bags that have been shortened a bit. I topped the plants after the 5th node.
A few days ago I noticed some of the lower leaves of one of my plants start to become yellow with small brown patches, the top leaves however are doing fine. Another plant just started doing the same thing today so I would like to get this under control asap. Yesterday I flushed the plants with a gallon of 6.2 PH water each. I did research and couldn't figure out what the problem was..
Here are two pictures, the first of the full plant, the second of a lower leaf:

Please help me identify the problem and suggest appropriate actions to take.
Thankyou,
