Lowryder Diesel Ryder LST or Sea-ofGreen?

I just got my 10 seeds of The Lowryder Diesel Ryder.
I grow in a pc case and I need to keep its height low.
Does it grow better on Low stress Training or in a sea-of-green?
What is your experience?

i would lst scrog keeps the short and lots of cola's thats what i did

Saying I decide to go for scrog. Although I am not 100% which is the right decision.
They say the Diesel Ryder has one main cola so maybe LST-ing this cola will be easy and efficient.
Either way..
On what height (from the top of the pot) should I build the scrog net?
I am thinking of 25cm, as they say diesel ryder grows about 40cm if allowed.
And what width-height should the squares of the actual sea be?
I will do a small test wit this baby which came out from a Jamaican weed bag
