i usually wait 24hrs after transplant before doing anything to it.next day if it's leaves are still 100% perky as day before, i go ahead and torture the plant. There is a rare time or two that i dont get a perfect transplant and next morning they are not 100% then it's one more day usually and then i start the training

You can do it right away if they dont look shocked and droopy. They can handle stress in veg its no biggy

Heck you could have started before transplanting, you can start LST fairly early and it is called low stress for a reason!
