i got 2 plants and in the next week i will start flowering them.Is it a good idea to keep lsting my plants even in flowering stage in order to increase my yield? I would also like to know if its a good idea to supercrop my plants during the first 2 weeks of flowering.Thank you!

You should try to have all Super cropping completed about a week or so before flowering to minimize stress. You can LST throughout flower to properly fill your canopy.

dont supercrop in flower .. but about LST you can and you SHOULD, try to assemble an even canopy , the most bud sites nearest to the light.
Use your imagination! ;)

I try to create a "bowl" with my crop if i cant keep it even. The tallest branches get pulled out to the sides and staked down while the shortest branches stay in the middle, thus forming a bowl. Basically i try to keep a flat canopy but this isnt always possible. I also see no issue with super cropping in early flower. This being said all training, supercropping, trimming is done by week 3-4 after the flip and then i DO NOT TOUCH THEM until they are ready. Once they are putting on bulk and really in full bloom the last thing u want to do is stress them out.
