LST-Bonsai -When Should I Flower Her?

Ive been training her very low to the the ground from seedling because I don't have too much space left up top.
She's in a about 5gals, inside, and under 400w.
Her main stem and branches are all anchored low.
Very bushy

Only 1 plant, so i want the best i can get.
how much longer should i wait to flower? should i wait any longer at all?
What thinkist thou?

I would say switch to 12/12 now if you are low on vertical space. remember the plant can double or triple in size after switching, you will have to keep topping/training her to keep it low to the ground.

yes, I've had to do that quite a bit on the bigger ones.
Also, how should i know what to prune or not to prune, even the tiny buds are getting decent light. should i prune them anyway?
also, if i just mount a scrog screen atop there for flowering would i help with the height issue?
