LST help

I am growing an autoflower afghan kush ryder and everyone is telling me to LST this tall girl.. I just don't know where to start, she's so freaking tall


if someone could help me out.. maybe draw on my picture in Microsoft Paint to show me where to tie down it would be very appreciated

just lay the whole plant down and tie it to the side of the pot, but do it gradually and gently, or use two hooks one holding the base/middle of the plant sturdy while u pull the top of the plant down in the opposite direction of the middle tie and tie it to the side of the pot

HERE is a guid to help you out a little

actuallly check it out just get a plant training wire and tie it around the middle of your plant where the internode length is greatest,and toward the bottom. then,poke a whole on whichever side of the pot that gets the least amount of light. then,take the wire thru the whole in the pot and tie it, so the plants base cant be pulled the other direction when we place your second tie. at this point the plant should be standing straight with a tight tie.now tie another piece of wire to the bottom of the next internode and pull slowly and gradually until the top half is bent and the bottom half is straight. And if ur growing in a small space u are way better off with a 75 watt hps or better yet 150 watt if u can. The light is way worth it the plants would have never got that tall but would be super bushy

i think ppl dont recommend LSTing autoflowering plants..
