Lst on day 26 can fluctuations in temp cause pistils on main stem to prematurley change colors before flower?

the past week I also underwatered plant cause I knew she was about to take off and didn't want to over water to be on safe side dont have any pest in soil or around plant so can't be bugs this is my first grow just trying to learn and gain knowledge from multiple angles any help would be appreciated
