LST Results & Effectiveness?

Hey, I'm a newbie grower who will be soon be beginning his first grow. I've gained pretty good knowledge on Low Stress Training however i was just wondering how much it would increase a persons yield? Say a single plant usually yielded somewhere around 1.5 oz how much would it be increased by LST? I appreciate the help. Any reliable links with results on LST would be great too! your saving mt life thanks

im pretty new to grow too. only a couple grows under my belt. i LST half of my first grow and didnt notice a huge a difference in yeild between the ones that werent and the ones that were LST. I think lst is more of a method used to keep the heights of plants down. Although you saying you're growing one plant could benefit from LST i guess yeild wise. depends on your plant. the idea of lst is to get all the buds the same size and equal height opposed to having one main cola and a bunch of smaller buds. Try it out see how you like it.
