How do I test the TDS of my soil? I mean I check the water and nutes going in, but I am noticing that going and coming out are probably 2 different things. this is maybe my 4th or 5th grow, all my previous were one plant in different stages at a time, but that was not working because I am no good at this...anyway doesn't matter...I have had a history of nute issues and I feel that once again I have overdone the nitrogen...the run off water after a couple minutes had a TDS of like 793--while I was pouring water with a 156 through the top...the plant is growing well, but I noticed a kinda blue tinge to the edges of the leaves today and it's bugging me...I'm going to try really really hard to leave it alone...because more often than not when I try to fix something I perceive as wrong I make the overall plant worse...Anyway kinda went away from the original question there...so is that the correct way to check the ppm of soil...and what ppm would I be looking for with a SLH that's in a month of veg? It's been growing like crazy and I just keep LSTing the branches everywhere...I think it looks pretty good, I'm feeling pretty good about her.Anyway here she is after a month of veg with her slightly blue leaves.
