Nozzle pressure pushed this girl down 3 days ago so I decided to help by pinning it since I'll be doing some LST on some girls. She is 18 days old. This is my second grow and first attempt at training. I'm looking for a guide to get me started but there seems to be so many out there and now I am more confused than ever. I was hoping that given it's already over and started that perhaps the spiral technique would be best but.. is it?
I'm looking for suggestions to get me o n the right track here please? Ive tried removinf some blurp from the image, my apologies the colour is strange. The pot is 300mm wide.

Let it grow some more first before you start messing with it too much but first thing to do is snip the tips. Wait until you see the next set of leaves emerging; when they will look like two hands praying cut them at the “wrists” to FIM... if you do it right you’ll have multiple tops growing soon after. Then pinch in between every node you can to pop the cellulose and force it to grow back thicker. Keep a fan blowing back and forth to further thicken stems. Tying down the taller stems will help even the canopy along with pinching the tallest tops to grow them short fat and wide as opposed to tall and lanky.
