Lst what do I do now ?? Help please

I started lst my plants about 4-5 days ago but theve became really bushy what do I do bowls do I try and open the middle or just leave them

also there are auto flowers

I wouldn’t do to much auto flowers can’t recover fast enough before they go into flower

I think it's better to leave them alone, once it's bushier use lst to open up the plant a little.
