lst'ing & scrog what is it?

google it dude. lst is( low stress training) and scrog is (screen of green) growing under a screen to keep your canopy one level and to use the plant as much as you can. GOOGLE will save you time

lst'ing is where one ties the top of the plant down to a location such as the lower stem, causing a hormonal change in the plant that makes it want to bush out instead of growing taller. good for smaller grow areas and grow boxes. scrog is short for screen of green, where many planys (such as six) are basically crammed into a small grow area with a wire screen that the plants cannot grow through at the very top of where you want them to grow, causing almost the same hormonal change when the plants reach that height and want to keep growing up.

i wouldn't try that spiral lst though unless you're combining it with scrog, but thats just IMO.
