Lots of info on the Lucas system out there. I don't use it, but it's posted all over the place.

Micro and bloom only
5/10 for veg and 8/16 for flower (/ml)
It works OK, it's easy and it's cheap. For a beginner, why not try it. Even easier is the "kiss" method with maxibloom
