Lucid Dreaming

Here are some methods for Lucid Dreaming that anyone can use.

Soon I will be growing Xhosa Dream Root and Calea Dream Herb, and I will be using them as dream aids, along with Kanna (not Cannabis) and Imphepho. All of these things were employed in "Dream Teas" by ancient people.

Also,
I have some Choline, some Alpha-GPC (a more redily usable form of Choline). This promotes the creation of Acetylcholine in the brain, which regulates dreaming. I took this along with some 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan, which contains a tryptophan molecule which is the thing that makes you sleepy on thanksgiving, and 5-HTP itself helps the body directly make serotonin) which should help promote dreams.

I have some L-Theanine and Taurine as well, but I did not take those tonight. If I have any memorable dreams I will make a video tomorrow, and if not, I will try another mix or another dose.

Dream herbs seeds should be here in a few days, they will be grown in a few months.

You mention tryptophan making you sleepy from consuming turkey but then trypophan doesn't do that when any protien is present. Plenty protein in turkey/ thanksgiving dinner wouldn't you say?
Research indicates it's not the tryptophan but the big meal most usually having you take a nap afterwards,

I have heard BOTH described as science. The Tryptophan is there, so it could be making you tired, which was discovered by science in the first place. Then there are the scientists saying "No you are just tired because you ate too much and ran errands all day" so you can have fun pretending that Thanksgiving has been solidly figured out.

Alright.

So last night I don't remember dreaming, but I also do not get the feeling that I just went to sleep, saw darkness and woke up. I feel like I did have a dream. So I think my main issue is going to be remembering my dreams, which I am not very good at right now.

That can improve pretty quick if you put your attention into it... the string thing and writing on your hand is good too... you can keep a dream journal too and write down your dreams as soon as you wake up. When going to sleep, think to yourself 'I will remember my dreams tonight and they'll be lucid"

I am about to start like a multi-month ritualistic dream practice, so I will be getting there soon. I am not worried about making everything happen today or tomorrow or anything like that.

Maybe one day finny, if you tyr really really really hard (I kinda kid, this is way out of your league) you could aspire to be Shiloh

But from your posts and your physical appearance, you've a long way to go simply to be employable. Shiloh looks like a cat walk model next to you. Were you born without the understanding of self respect?

Lol. You can't even lucid dream yet you are trying to tell people the mistakes people are making? why not just focusing on trying to get a minimum wage job finny. Regurgitating things you've read online as if you're some kind of guru, just makes you look like a prick and will get you nowhere. I can almost guarantee that :-D I'd be surprised if you had the brains to sucessfully claim benefits.
