Lucky lizards

I have tons of lizards in my backyard and I grow in a shed in my back yard.
Today, I discovered a small (about 4" long) lizard running around inside my grow area.
I know lizards eat insects, and this really seems like a good thing to me.

Can anyone think of any negative impacts of my little lizard visitors?

The only bad lizard is a vegetarian lizard!
