Lumatek Ballast with Sunmaster Conversion

So, I'm kinda worried. I already bought a Lumatek Dual 600 Ballast and today I bought a Sunmaster Cool Deluxe 600w MH Conversion bulb. The paper work for the ballast states not to use a mercury vapor bulb and on the packaging of the conversion bulb it states it contain mercury.

So does that mean it's a mercury vapor bulb? Or just contains mercury and I'll be fine? I really want to install this right now, so any factual response would be awesome!

Its fine to use, that warning means to not use a Mercury Vapor bulb, which yours is not, yours is a Metal Halide. Safe to use for sure.
