Lush Dominator 2xxl

I’ve only been able to find a few things from years ago and they all seem to be pretty negative (or at least not positive) regarding the Lush Dominator 2xxl. I picked up two of these from somebody that was moving out of state for $275 total with the intention of using them for a flowering room/tent when I move and can get a full perpetual grow set up (going to have 6 plants in flower and plan to be growing them via scrog so I can really utilize my count)

I see lots of people on other posts directing people away from these lights and towards others but I guess I’m just wondering if they’ll still work well for my situation? I wouldn’t have paid 2k for them new but I think I got a decent deal here. I’m also contemplating selling them and purchasing a timber redwood VS if they won’t be adequate.

Sorry but it looks like a bum deal. Youd get similar light levels out of one FoTop board (80$ + china shipping) and one 250 w driver.

They will flower fine, doubt they can do a 4x4 on their own but should be ok with both. But 1300w doesnt make sense for a 4x4, you could do it with hps or 500w of modern diodes.

Then again i might be wrong cause theres almost no relevant info on the webpage. I might also be judgy cause of the name: Dominator/Penetrator etc im not sure who would name their light something like that if they werent going for the less informed.

These threads pop up from time to time and its hard not to sound like an arrogant twat saying "no, most probably not". Lets count your blessings that you didnt pay 2k for it and hope you get some use from it.

I was planning on covering an 8x4 area with the two, I’ve got one plant basically filling my 2.5x2.5x5 tent in veg right now that I’m about to flip (been using s mars hydro reflector 96, came with the tent and a bunch of stuff in a package for $100)so I figured 6 plants in an 8x4 for flower would be very doable.
