I'd hope not, nor has it occurred in the past decade. As a patient with children I am sure I am not the only one dismayed with this unsolicited pot leaf logo'd rag showing up on my doorstep ...
Looking at their website (m3boa.com) the only associated business I have used in the past is Iron Laboratories. If they are the source, that will change ...

As you can imagine getting a response, no less a straight answer has not been easy. I have recently been in contact with an M3BOA principle who stated he had obtained the names and addresses from a "marketing service" that I am in the process of hopefully resolving. As for an M3BOA resolve, I had suggested wrapping the magazine to protect patients/caregivers privacy/security that they had failed to consider.
