Macro growing?

Anyone done it? Heard of it? Flowering clones from root. Or spout and flower.
I’m building a small 3x2x5 box with possibly a sf 1000. It’s a Small footprint for flower so I was wondering about macro growing. Yields are small but I could learn perfection in shorter time for strains. Plus pheno hunt/ sex plants/ breeding etc.
idk. Is it worth the trouble? Is it trouble? It seems like fun to me. But realistically. Is it worth it. Yield would have to be some what important lol. Any thought?
Also plot twist. If I don’t get the light. Odds are I’ll still be doing this. But with different dimensions and a fluorescent light panel instead because I already have that.
Main question would be. Is the idea of macro growing worth it yield wise vs just using the footprint for 1 or 2 plants well trained?

Setup a drip feed system so you don’t have to hand water all those lil pots n you should be able to stuff that space with a good amount of single cola plants

Yeah. That’s what I’m thinking. I have a large list of mothers to use which is pretty convenient. But I wanna use this to my advantage in as many ways I can. Like I was saying. Phenos, selective pollination, sexing and anything that can help me in general.
