Mad leaf formation? Little Dwarf Auto, 11 blade fan at 2nd internode . .

Day 13 from planting in said soil
Looked like a standard 5 blade fan at first glimpse . . . on checking for stem discoloration, I noticed a bunch of three blades growing under the top five, but they are the three that should be the biggest and infront / ontop of the others, at least leading them . . . . . . . . the opposing side sports, a to be expected, 5 blade fan leaf!
Yeah a bit of P, Fe and Ca required . . . . .but anyone else seen a formation like this, and know it to be anything other than genetics?? I mean . . . . 11 blades at the second internode ??? WTF ????
