Major Issues with Plant Size

I am using a custom built box where the system sprays water/nutrients from beneath the plants onto 3" net pots 3 times a day. I have an airator installed in the box and zero light admittance to the roots. I am also using cfl 150w equiv. bulbs, 12 for an area that is 2.5ft x 1.5ft that are about 3-4 inches off the tops of the plants. My room temp stays around 78F and the humidity around 42% (I am trying to get it lower).

Now that i have given you the basics of my setup here is my problem. Most of my seedlings grow to approximately 4 inches tall with only 1 set of fan leaves and then begin to start :fire:dieing.:fire: I have been testing my pH and keeping it to around 5.7, I have an ECT tester but to be quite honest I am not 100% sure on what my water/nutrient level should be on the read-out. The nutrient I am using is GH 3-part system.

:wall:If anybody has any ideas of what I am doing wrong please tell me.:wall:

you may be feeding too soon maybe, when you say they die what do they look like? Burned leaves? yellow? Are they dying just after introducing the nutes or are you changing the water and then plants die?

They just gradually fall over and dry up, like they haven't gotten water; EVER. Give me a few minutes and I will post some pics.

for starters dont have the fan blowing onto the plants as that could be you problem! also: wot soil are you using for seedling stage? dont feed till in @ least 3 week of VEG - check ph of soil and water - hope this helps :D
