making canna oil with seeds?

so my last harvest i ran all femm seeds from nirvana and i guess i ran into an issue or stressed out the plant where they all become hermi and had ton of seeds . its smokes ok but id rather turn it into oil. do i need to remove seeds before grinding it and infusing or can i just grind it and infuse? please and thank you for any input!

my 1st harvest was alright no issues, dont think it was the seed bank but going with some growers choice seeds this time
