Quick question, I am in the process of turning a plant to make feminized seeds. Male clusters are abundant, I plucked one off to see if there was any pollen inside of it, and there is nothing. I’m assuming it just hasn’t formed yet. How long into the process do the hermie plants take to drop pollen?
I have a male on standby in case so that I can still get things going, but I flowered the plants that I am turning first, they’ve been in for about three weeks now, they have not started to throw pollen. They just look like they are about to. The male I have is about a week and a half into flower and he looks like he is right there with them. So yeah, I’m not sure when these ladies are going to go crazy but it seems like it’s taking a very long time. I staggered the flowering times because I knew it would be delayed, but I didn’t think it would take this long. Last picture is the top of the male. Swazi Landrace X Strawberries, and cream
Gonna take those and cross it to a strawberries and cream X Runtz mint
Smells very very weird
Like roses
Orange Fanta
And juicy fruit gum
