Making Hash with fresh buds question.

I'm doin a 12/12 grow from seed and they are all in jiffy pots so I should yeild about 2-3 grams off each one and I have a total of 30. My question is If I wanted to make hash out of the fresh buds off them how would I go about that and would I have to let them dry.
