Making real money on the web!! (advice and volunteers needed)

so i find myself jobless in the sate with the worst unemployment rate..frustrating!
I am a Legal medical patient, with prospects of picking up as a full time care giver (waiting on product)....SO, that leave me in a bit of a pickle!!

I have, in the past, made okay money of porn affliate sites but the time investment is ridiculas, constantly updating with new content / staying on the affliate sites to pay out was always an issue also, plus my wife is not too keen on me running numerour adult sites.

the site i have in mind would be a general job board (like craigs list) but would cater to MMJ patients/caregivers/(trusted) contractors/ and business.. i believe with the right affliate marketing and proper promotion ths site could make alot of money.

At this time a i am looking for other like minded individuals who are willing to help with design, ideas, marketing, ECT. I CANNOT PAY! let be up front with this and NO i am not looking to exploit your work for my profit..so we can work somthing out so that YOU see a gain from this as well.

I have worked with affiliate programs and I am currently trying to transition from affiliate sales to becoming a website designer. Right now I am more of a hobbyist but I am looking to expand!!
